Volunteering

Check out the video below to share in the joys of the volunteer experience.

The short video "Inspirational Volunteers - Adding Life to the City", shows various not-for-profit organisations and their volunteers in and around the Adelaide CBD. The production of the video was sponsored by the Adelaide City Council and Volunteering SA&NT and supported by the Local Government Volunteer Managers Forum.  For more information regarding volunteering, please go to www.volunteeringsa-nt.org.au

Volunteering: General Information

Volunteers are central to the mission and daily running of Hutt Street Centre!  Volunteer input is fundamental to the community involvement that the Daughters of Charity have developed since the beginning of the Centre.  Hutt Street Centre appreciates the range of people with various backgrounds, different life experiences and reasons for why they offer thier services as volunteers.

At this stage we do not require any volunteers for our daily services. If you are interested in receiving our newsletter which has any volunteering opportunities please click here,  complete your details and we will ensure you are added to our distribution list.

Also our Client Day Centre has a number of beautiful old chairs that after a little wear and tear require some reupholstering.  If you know of anyone in the community that may be able to assist us with this we would be greatly appreciative.

Please contact us if you are able to assist, or complete our Volunteer Application Form, we would love to hear from you.

We thank you for your support!
