Staff Teams

Ian Cox, Chief Executive Officer

Ian reports directly to the Board and to the Daughters of Charity and is responsible for the ongoing provision of innovative service delivery.  Ian is highly respected throughout the sector at state and national level and provides leadership and vision to the homelessness service industry. 

Danielle Bayard, Manager Development and Partnerships

Danielle manages our corporate and community partnerships, public relations and media and oversees our fundraising team.  Her role includes developing new initiatives for generating income, identifying funding opportunities for new projects, negotiating workplace giving partnerships and managing bequests.

Jon Munn, Business Manager

Jon manages all our financial systems, budgets, and IT.  He is responsible for financial reporting for both the Hutt St Centre Board and the Hutt St Centre Foundation and manages the administration team. Jon also sits on the Finance Committee and prepares the accounts for audit. 

Sarah Soteriou, Client Services Manager

Sarah manages all of our client services, including the Eastern Adelaide Homelessness Service and HACC – Aged Care and Boarding House Outreach Program, the Meal Centre, the Day Centre and Volunteer teams.  Sarah and her Team Leaders also represent Hutt St Centre at various homeless sector forums.

CREATE Space Coordinator - Education and Training

The CREATE Space program is responsible for the development and delivery of Education and Training opportunities for our client group. Volunteers are recruited and trained for specific programs. Opportunities are developed with TAFE and other education providers to enhance outcomes for our clients.

 Sister Gwen Tamlyn, Daughter of Charity and Pastoral Care Coordinator

Listening to our clients, respecting their dignity and meeting their spiritual and emotional needs are central to pastoral care. In her role, coordinating pastoral care, Sister Gwen keeps the spirit of the Daughters of Charity alive, and together with others at the Centre she maintains the values of this order of Catholic sisters who first opened our Hutt Street Centre  doors in 1954.

Ian Milverton, HACC Team Leader

Ian leads the team responsible for Home and Community Care (HACC) Programs including Aged City Living, the Home Support and Boarding House Support programs. Ian and the team provide comprehensive case management and support our clients who have experienced homelessness living in or near the Eastern Region of Adelaide.

Primary Homelessness - EAHS (Eastern Adelaide Homelessness Service)

The EAHS team care for and support our clients who have no conventional housing and sleep rough in parks or squats or improvised shelter (primary homelessness). The team not only works to find more secure accommodation for our clients, but also attempts to bridge connections for them with the wider community.
